Account Suddenly Lost

Until yesterday I had an account. Trying to log in today, with my number and email, only for it to say that my account does not exist. I've purchased minecraft through the account and used onedrive. My authenticator app is still connected to the account however i have no means of logging in. Someone please please help. I had a lot connected to my account. I also recently had suspicious activity to the connected email if that is any help.

The only reason you should lose Gold by promoting an account is if you were part of a Family Pack. Promoting takes you out of the Pack.

If you've just suddenly lost your Gold subscription, you probably should contact phone support so they can review the account and get that replaced.

I check my emails,

I became gold at 27/6/2013 with a 13month membership.

6/12/2013 I change my region and an email notifies me that 8 months has been exchanged from my subscription to Xbox LIVE Subscription Transfer in Greece.

And today 15/3/2014 Im silver!

I must have 5 months more...

I went to account.live.com/ billing/memberships and I have a mail that says that my subscription transfer cancelled today. Why?

it happens to me too, i dont know what to do, bofore i change was something telling that i was not gonna lose my subscription !

but im lost, i still have 11 months to go !
