Account suddenly has no permission to play gta5 online?

Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. If your settings are unrestricted and you're still having issues in getting into GTAV, you may want to
check with Rockstar support
concerning your account to see if there may be an issue with it directly.

In relation to your issue in requesting a call back or chat from Xbox Support, I recommend that you clear the cache and/or cookies in your web browser and then try again. Should the issue persist, then try from a different web browser to see if you get a
different result.

I asked rockstar, they said it was a problem with xbox & I should ask here. Tried chatting & requesting a call on 3 different browsers now. None of them work, so the feature must be "broken" so microsoft doesn't have to do anything except steal the money I
paid for all this ****. Just make my account work for gta5 online.

Are you able to play any online MP game or is it just GTA 5?

If it is all MP games then it sounds like your online safety settings have been changed to not allow online MP.

I wouldn't now. I only have gta5.

I checked the settings, it was already set to unrestricted.

Whenever I try to contact a real person, the popup window hangs indefinitely whenever I try to chat with a person or request a call back.
