    My sons account was hacked and closed. His screen name and xbox live account is still active but he can't get into it. The support center couldn't do anything to help me because I can't verify account .. because it is no longer connected to his email.

    I was just wondering if anyone else has had their account stolen. I have a open ticket with Xbox Support. But I am looking for any other advice. I do not understand how the email on my sons account got changed and now we can not access it. Thanks in advance.

    How to hack any account

    Bro, why would you put something like this up? There are already enough accounts being stolen on Xbox Live as it is. Why give a reason to add to it? Just think about if it was your account that someone did this with.

    doesn't matter you just call support and open an unauthorized access case and prove ownership

    Your son has to provide the answers to whatever they askask and they go by the original info not new edited info

    However if you only put random things in it that doesn't really help

    Any site that sold you the account is not reputable.

    Even if you have recovered said account if it turns out to be a stolen account or stolen MSP your console will be subject to suspension

    I have not read anything reliable to indicate account information was stolen from Xbox Live. Those stolen accounts from Lulzsec have nothing to do with Live.
