    My account IXI STRYKER IIX was stolen and i have the I.P that they logged in on my account their I.P is
    [Mod Removed] they logged in and changed all my info i can tell you what the info was before they changed but thats about it, is there anyway you can put a ban on the account until we can get this straightened out?

    I was just wondering if anyone else has had their account stolen. I have a open ticket with Xbox Support. But I am looking for any other advice. I do not understand how the email on my sons account got changed and now we can not access it. Thanks in advance.

    How to hack any account

    Bro, why would you put something like this up? There are already enough accounts being stolen on Xbox Live as it is. Why give a reason to add to it? Just think about if it was your account that someone did this with.

    Account Stolen

    For anything related to your account, you'll need to contact Xbox Support.

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    From there, you'll need to file an Unauthorized Access claim with them and work with them to reclaim your account.

    Support would not send you here as we cannot do anything with your account. You HAVE to work with them in order to regain access. None of us on the forums can do so.

    Hi there

    Try the steps on this link:
    www.xbox.com/.../What-To-Do

    If that fails to get your account back you will have to contact Xbox Support and open up a compromised account case.

    This should temporary lock that account untill the investigation is ended.

    I'm afraid only Xbox Support (by phone) is able to assist, the people here in the forums can't do anything with an issue like this.

    Any site that sold you the account is not reputable.

    Even if you have recovered said account if it turns out to be a stolen account or stolen MSP your console will be subject to suspension

    I have not read anything reliable to indicate account information was stolen from Xbox Live. Those stolen accounts from Lulzsec have nothing to do with Live.
