Account Stolen - Please help

I was able to “recover” my email and Gamertag, but it’s completely empty. It’s as if somebody stole it, took everything, and then transferred it all to a different account. Then released my Gamertag and email back to me, but with nothing on it. I have a case number, and they said they were looking into a file transfer, but I haven’t gotten an update in a couple days. This is a really big deal, and I don’t know what else to do. The support feature is terrible. You have to go through a bot chat that just sends you to articles. And most of the topics aren’t deemed worthy of a phone call. I just want to talk to a live human being to get this handled.

Yes, they did call me and I explained my issue. I had a pretty hard time understanding the person on the other end, but I did get a case number sent via email. Nothing since then.

Thank you so much. I have since recovered my gamertag and email, but everything is gone. All my games, saved data, profile, everything.

As mentioned before, this process can take some time, especially when it involves accounts, personal information, and missing entitlements. Did you ask the person who assisted you on the ETA for the type of situation? I would keep that case number and if you haven't heard by the end of the week, call back to find a status update.
