Account stolen need help

So my account got stolen like 2 or 3 years ago and I call xbox support and they didn't help me so i got on and it said I had to redownload my account and I couldnt because the password was changed and I tryed to change it and my secret question wouldn't
work and I couldnt do anything I even filled out one of the forms to get it back and I still couldnt. My email was
[Mod removed] old password [Mod removed] and the name on the account wa
[Mod remove] or something like that and the gamertag is
[Mod remove].

I was just wondering if anyone else has had their account stolen. I have a open ticket with Xbox Support. But I am looking for any other advice. I do not understand how the email on my sons account got changed and now we can not access it. Thanks in advance.

 

i was hack and robed

my account was hack by xibraandonx and stole all my rocket league items he managed to sign in my account and take everything i need help please

 

You need to contact support and open an unauthorized access claim/report. If this account was one that you bought from someone else or are not the true owner of account they will not do anything for you.

Also please do not ever post personal information on a public forum.

 

This was my account I made and I called support they are useless they just tell me to go on the forums

Please also note:

If you have not accessed your Microsoft Email Account in the last 65 days. The email account starts to bounce emails back to the sender, stating that the account could not be reached. If you still don't log on via a web browser to
Outlook.com - Microsoft free personal email for 365 days (1 Year), your email account will be automatically closed (But not your Xbox Live Account). Microsoft will then only have 10 to 20 days to try and recover all of your details,
before the account and information is deleted for ever and the email username is available to other emails.

Again, your Xbox Live Gamertag will still work (as far as I know), however you just will not be able to sign on to it.

I just wanted to post that out here in case this was the case. No matter what, Xbox Live support is the best way to go at getting this issue resolved soon.

I guess support directed you here again. Instead of calling support. Have you tried chatting to Xbox Support. Maybe they can be of assistance. Please also explain that Phone support directed you back to the forums multiple times. They may need to have the

Its cool I called back a couple times and then a nice lady helped me and now I should get it back by the end of the week
