Account Stolen, Details Changed

If your console gets stolen, you must report this theft to the police, and change your account password (to prevent unauthorized transactions).

Yeah, i know im allowed to change it 5 times, but for a unknow reason i only got 3 home xbox changes, and the guy who stolen my account used it all

Did you give the other person your details, so they could share with you? It is a code of conduct violation to give out your account details.

If it was genuinely stolen, you should request a call back from support and gain control of your account.

If you have access to your account, check the details and alter password.

All you can do is change your account´s password to secure your account and report the console

I recommend that you report your stolen console to your local law enforcement as well as your insurance company. You’ll need to provide the serial number for the missing console. To find it:

Sign in to your account, and then select All Devices under the Devices category.

Sign in and review your devices

Go to the console that was stolen and select Show details.

The serial number is listed under Device details.

Sadly, there is no way to track or locate a stolen Xbox system. The Xbox support page explains what to do if your Xbox gets stolen: https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/stolen-console

First, change the passwords of any accounts that were signed in to the Xbox:

Sign in to the account: https://account.microsoft.com/

Go to Security > Password security.
Select Change my password to reset the password for your Microsoft account.

Xbox then recommend that you report your stolen console to your local law enforcement as well as your insurance company if possible. You’ll need to provide the serial number for the missing console, check all the accounts that were signed in to see if it shows up as a registered device in any of them: https://account.microsoft.com/devices

Go to the console that was stolen and select Show details.
The serial number is listed under Device details.
