Account stolen by a Russian email who deleted my email from the account, so now I can't...

It's an EA login that I can't get past, playstation won't help me.

I made the email account so I could gameshare with my kids and lost the password, tried the lost password which didn't work, so can't get in to verify the email from EA.

To get in I need someone I sent an email too and a subject header to match the email address and that was 11 years ago so I don't have a clue who or even if I sent 1 from the email address.

I need EA to cancel this account so I can login with a new account I have, can't unlink because I need to verify it aswel so can't do anything until this account has been deleted and I can link it to my new account which I can get into the email address.

I asked my stepson to delete my email from his Xbox as me and his mum are divorcing. But he's done something where I now can't log in, receive or send emails. It says Account doesn't exist. Please help, I need to recover this

Was the email that was deleted a Microsoft email? I ask because per https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...nt/change-email-sign-in-for-microsoft-account

My old email got stolen by my ex-wife, so I closed it...but now I cannot access my 20+ year old gamertag, SMaRtguy381983 with the original email being *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Was the old email a Microsoft email on your Microsoft account?

If so, then when you closed the Microsoft email you also in turn closed the Xbox account.

The Microsoft email IS the Microsoft account which in turn IS your Xbox account (gamertag) . They are all one in the same.

Sorry it's not a billing issue. My account has been stolen, and Microsoft support has charged me to restore my accounts but that didn't happen. Now I can't access anything to do with the email address and my Live account has been stolen?? As of right now
I can't even log on to my PC and support is once again trying to fix it. How was this my fault, and why am I being charges?
