    10,000 Xbox Reward Points Never Deposited

    I had 10,000 rewards points in my account on the 15th and not only did they not deposit into my Microsoft Rewards account, I cannot go check on the status because Xbox rewards is defunct. Can someone please help me? I tried contacting Microsoft Rewards and
    they sent me here.

    Xbox LIVE Rewards now available in New Zealand

    Signed up a week or so ago but nothing from Xbox Live regarding my Rewards account status :/

    Hi FranciiscoRoo. Your Rewards location and your Xbox Live location do not match and this is causing the deposits to fail. Your Rewards location is ESP and your Xbox Live location is not. To change your Rewards location to your current Xbox Live location,
    you'll need to disable the program, wait for 48 hours, and sign up again. Once you do, please contact us again and we'll retrieve the outstanding credits.
