    Account Status: Information Needed


    Hello Support,

    My Account Status has a yellow icon next to it and says "Information Needed, Some of the information we have on file appears to be incorrect. Please ensure the personal email associated with your Microsoft Commerce account is correct by clicking the button
    below. If it is in fact correct, please create a post in our support forum here."

    I have updated all of my information to be correct. I want to make sure my account is not locked or has any other problems so that I can be credited with the correct amount of points on the 30th.

    Please let me know if I can provide any further information to resolve any issues with my Xbox Live Rewards account. Thank you.

    Hello Human 1nstinct,

    Our reports indicate that we have not been able to deliver messages to your address. While this does not negatively impact Rewarding, it may cause you to miss messages from our program. We are currently investigating why some users are receiving this warning
    despite having the correct email input. We'll update you here with our findings.

    Regarding your profile pic, we currently are using information from the Xbox 360 for that picture. While our web team is looking at updating the Xbox One for that information, we do not currently have that data. We'll pass along your feedback requesting
    a more integrated and convenient Rewards System, but at the current time, there is no Xbox app for the Rewards program.

    Hello Human 1nstinct,

    We have disabled the yellow light notification, and removed it from user's pages. To be clear, this notification was not an alert indicating an issue with Rewarding. We apologies for the confusion this notice may have caused.

    Support, Please delete this post, I cannot delete it myself. After reading some posts, this won't necessarily be a problem unless points are not deposited on the 30th, so I will wait until then to report an issue. Thank you.

    As you request, we will close this thread. You are correct that this warning does not affect Rewarding, and it is merely a heads up that we are seeing reports you are not receiving emails. We are currently investigating why certain users are getting flagged
    for this warning. Since your Credit event that triggered you for an automatic deposit occurred on the sixth, we do not see any visible issues that would prevent you from receiving your deposit in our end of month deposit cycle.
