    Account Status: Attention Needed Your deposits aren’t going through!

    Why is this issue not fixed. I talk to the support team last month and confirmed everything was fixed so why wasn't the deposit made or I can't even request one due the error blocking the button.

    My Account is still Attention Needed

    I already update all my billing and personal information correctly.

    However, my account status is stall "Attention Needed"

    How can I fix it?

    Attention Needed. Your deposits aren’t going through!

    Hi SiRKynos. We see that your deposit issue started August 2016. You don't have the issue that others are having with the multiple accounts which is being worked on by the Payment Operations team. Your issue is that your Rewards and Xbox Live currencies
    don't match. The region when you signed up for the program is USA, while your Xbox Live locale now is not. To fix your issue, opt out of the program, wait 48 hours, and re-enroll. This will switch your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale. Once
    you do this, reach out to us again and we will recover your pending Credits. Do note that we can only recognize purchases and actions made in your Rewards locale, so if you are making purchases in multiple currencies, we will not recognize them.

    Hello Phase Shadow,

    Our system cannot complete a deposit because we are receiving billable account information for a region that does not match your Rewards Account region (CAN). Since this information does not match, we cannot complete a deposit. This is a database error that
    we are working on resolving with another team. Due to security concerns, we do not have full access to that database, so we must rely on the team with access to provide their solution to this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience. Once this issue has been
    resolved by this other team, your deposit should complete as expected.
