Account signs out randomly

Discus and support Account signs out randomly in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Was hoping that somebody might be able to tell me why my account gets signed out randomly, after about 20-30 minutes of being online It disconnects me...     Account signs out randomly


    Was hoping that somebody might be able to tell me why my account gets signed out randomly, after about 20-30 minutes of being online It disconnects me from any party that I am in but still lets me continue playing online, even though I have technically been
    offline for 30 minutes. Sometimes it signs me back in right away and others I have to hard reset my console multiple times. I don't get disconnected from live when I get signed out, cause I still have full access to the Xbox live store.

    Will be watching netflix and it randomly signs me out and I have to sign back in to reconnect.

    Xbox one randomly sign out

    I have a Asus router with AC1900 Dual band. (Model RT-AC68P) I have 3 Xbox Ones in the house and my little sister and Brother do not have this problem. My sisters is using wireless, whiles my brother is wired in over Ethernet. I use to be wireless and now
    I am using this Power over Ethernet adapter witch still did not solved my issue. When I run a network test on my Xbox I get 30mbps Download, 8mbps upload, 0% Packet loss, MTU 1480, and Latency at 104ms. We do have a lot of devices connected though as my parents
    have started getting new smart home stuff like a door bell and security cameras as well as some other stuff. So it is possible, but I dont believe it is the issue because my other Xbox's and accounts do not have this issue.

    Hey there MisterBorrego,

    Sorry to hear about the randomly signing out issue. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
    • NAT Type

    Let's then have you try to do a Network power cycle, to see if it helps.

    • Start by powering off and unplugging your Modem, Router (if applicable) and Xbox One console.
    • After 60 seconds of the devices being powered off, turn on the power to your Modem and then the Router (if applicable).
    • Wait another 60 seconds for the network equipment to turn on and gain the proper signals from your ISP. Then turn on your Xbox One console.

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

    , and that fixed it.Try deleting your profile, and clear the cache three times, and then redownload it. I had the issue once
