Account sign

There's currently issues regarding signing in on xbox live. The best fix we have at the time is to remove and redownload the accounts and that fixes it for a lot of people:

If everything on your console is saying "took too long" etc. then I would suggest first turning off your console and unplugging it for 30 seconds and then a factory reset keeping games and apps (requires all accounts be redownloaded) Settings > System >
Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

It was offlune just for 2 hours now it is back to normal...

That was solved. You can sign in quietly.

To create an app password go to live.com and sign in, click on your name on the upper right hand corner a drop down will pop click on account settings then find the link that says more account security and click on it. Now you must enable two step verification
on that page before you can create the app password to use as your regular password to bypass that error.

Try this. Log out of all profiles on the console and remove your completely. Once you have done that please perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the
power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and try signing in.
