Account sign out

Every time i enter or exit my disc or any other application i am signed out of my account. Does anyone know if this is a resolvable issue?

Xbox One parental controls question

If he's signing out of his account and still able to play then I assume he's playing on your account or another one on the system. I don't think any games can be played if no account is signed in.

If that's the case maybe a pin on your account would keep him from being able to sign into another one and continuing?

 

Account signs out

Is it signing you out, or are you being disconnected from live all the time? If disconnected I would check settings in your router and the wireless signal as you might be getting dropped a lot and its losing connections. If your being signed out all
the time, do you use games for windows live on PC as well? If you do or have done so on another computer say at your friends house, and forgotten to sign out from that computer, it will cause you to get signed out of live on the Xbox, as only 1 connection
per profile is allowed at any one time.

I would suggest checking your computers to make sure you are not automatically signing in on one of those. (if you dont use GFWL, then mediums solution will hopefully help you, providing you can get it to delete your profile.)

Can you try clearing your cache (support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache) three times in a row? Then turn your console off and back on.
