    Account Sign-In Failure


    Hello people, today when I tried logging into my Xbox One, it failed numerous times, even when I scrolled left and trying signing into the sidebar. The result was that while launching a game, or just booting up my Xbox, the log in failed. Even when I tried
    adding a new account, it brought up a "Try again later" screen. I followed the instructions on Xbox Forums, what with the hard reset, and unplugging my Xbox for ten seconds, but I still can't sign in, and because I can't add other accounts right now (part
    of the issue) I'm extremely hestitant to delete my account. Could anyone offer advice or maybe have the solution?

    It sounds like you might be experiencing connection issues. Can you please follow the instructions in our FAQ for checking for Windows Updates and running the Windows Update troubleshooter?:

    Hi and thanks for the reply! I have followed every (every!) suggestion that has been presented and despite all updates, reboots, uninstalls and re-installs, logging in and out of X-box (no problems there) I am stymied... all I can do is assume that an update
    will come along for this bug....one can always hope!
