Account sign-in block

Hi guys, so a week ago I was trying to sign into my account and I forgot my password. So I tried to reset it and afterwards it said that my account sign-in is blocked and I can't play Minecraft which is a game I have owned for nearly 5 years and I can't recover the account and I can't sign in. The recovery form is flawed as I just made the account so I don't have much security on the account currently. Please can someone from Microsoft help me settle this issue or give me a refund so that I can make a new Minecraft account.
