Account Sharing Issue

Hi,

I bought few days ago a second Xbox One so that, I have 1 in the living room and 1 in my rest room .

I wanted to put in place the account sharing like I did before with my brother that means :

Main XB of Living room : My Account

Main XB of Rest room : Account of my wife.

Unfortunately, I can play everything with my account but no games available with the Account of my wife and that, on each XB.

Phone Support told me this morning it exists some issue at this moment. i am not sure of that.

Do you have any idea?

What account is having the issue? The account you are posting with or the silver account that is sharing your Gold on Xbox One? Keep in mind that the Home Gold Sharing DOES NOT carry over to Xbox 360 and backwards compatible games, since it is not a feature
on that console.

 

How do you fix error code 0x89234013?

I wanted to share that my buddy is having the same issue. "Your network settings are blocking party chat. 0x89234013"

We're computer techs and are scratching our heads. We have tried basically everything that is on the internet and still having the issue.

*** yes, I do have a 14 yr old account on ign.

 

You would have to make sure you have the console your wife uses set as your Home console. Keep in mind you can only have 1 console set as your Home at a time so of you are still sharing with your brother, he would lose access to your stuff. My Home Xbox Setting on Xbox One | Share Your Xbox One

 

Yes I am sure. I checked several time and tried to invert the main XB too without success.

Each of us is owner of 1 XB.

I don't have doubt with the things i did because it is something really quick and easy and it is not the 1st time but .... it doesn't work

Of course my brother lost the acces but it doesn't matter.

 

Try doing a hard reset

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Note If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

 

I will make hard reboot when I'll be at home and let you know.
