Account sharing bug

hey guys I'm account shared with my mate for at least 5 years now and I came home yesterday to see that his games weren't on my Xbox but he still has mine so I went to account share with him again but it says I have already game shared 5 times this year
and I've tried everything even a hard reset and I had to add my account and his back to the Xbox and it started to download the games again for no reason but I can't play them.

Thanks for sharing that. I think the weird bugs that come and go are the most frustrating. Glitches we can hope will be fixed but sporadic bugs are a different things altogether.

 

Cant save pictures, "Service is disabled on your account."

I don't think it's a bug, I'm pretty sure you need Gold to use the Social Club and picture sharing features. I linked my gamertag to my Social Club account but I didn't get the in-game bonuses for doing so, my guess is that I'd have to have Gold.

Are you and your friend in the same house as each other?

If you are, getting him/her to sign into your Xbox with his account and playing from one Xbox console, if you want to play his/her games.

If you are living in different houses, and are illegally sharing games and digital licences. Then no one can help you as this is a Code of conduct violation. This can result, along with others that have done this, been banned for Marketplace Theft. Worse
yet, developers and Publishers can try and obtain money from you and your friend for doing this, resulting in you been prosecuted in court.

In regards to the Home Xbox feature, you will need to see if Xbox Support can reset this counter for you. However, if they know that you have game shared with someone else, then the chances of them resetting this is very slim.
