can someone tell me why i cant change my email on my account? ive waited a month n after ive downloaded my account, i have it stuck on my ex's email not a good thing , i need it changed!

Harmonix may have lost sales through limited avaiabilty, but you have to take into account the money that harmonix got from MS to secure the exclusive. I bet that little wdge helped to secure the Beatles exclusive that they have got which will be a nice little earner for them at $250 for the full mystery pack.

 

Xbox Live Security Check

Security is kept on the xbox in case people lose their accounts or are being hacked. It is something good that is on xbox.

Beside the 30 days limit there are a few additional things. For example funds on the account could prevent a move, so it may be best to use it all before a move. See this link for those restrictions and for the steps:

If it should be able to be moved but still fails, does it show any error message and or code?

yes there's funds, under a dollar, i haven't made any recent changes i had more then one payment option on it could that be why?

 

This is one of the restrictions, please check/see the following:

"The current Microsoft account has only one billing account associated with it. If you have ever made purchases in more than one country, have subscriptions such as Office 365, or have bought an app through the Windows Store, you may have more than one billing
account. Go to commerce.microsoft.com to find out. "

If there are multiple billing accounts (multiple countries) then that indeed is the cause why it can't be done.

To be sure you will need to contact Xbox Support, they will also be able to check and tell if there is anything that can be done, so you can move the account.

Did get a message on my xbox account that says:

"Your account needs to be more secure. This is the only way we can send your security codes: And then a long number. "

I have done all they said, Set it up by email, Did verify my email with a securiy code from another email.

Then it says that they are waiting for a verify of all this..

WHAT THE *** SHOULD I DO???

no im getting a diff message and it wont let me change my email ive talked to customer support and it still wont let me change my *** email

 

When i went to change it there was a temp problem i tried it later on, and still a problem i told support this they said to keep trying,
