    I keep getting logged out of my xbox account in the middle of playing games or media with the msg "logged in elsewhere signing out". Ive been through my account and the random log ins are not recorded in notifications. I do have my account on 2 different
    consoles in the same house but ive tripled checked to make sure its not the other console wich it isnt wich is why im asking here what is going on?

    Usually when you're signed out like this it means you're being signed in somewhere else. Are you using the app or signed in on another device somewhere ?

    explains the elsewhere signing     out message you are receiving, it should help leading you to getting it solved too, i hope this gets fixed for you i know it can be extremely annoying

    How do I delete my account

    There is a method to completely close out an MS account.

    Log in to your Microsoft account.

    go to security and privacy select more security settings. Click "Close your account".

    I suggest you review what it means to completely close out the account prior to doing this.

    Child Account Logon Problems

    Try logging in with the parent account on www.account.live.com/proofs

    Once logged in check personal information to ensure all is properly displaying and filled out.

    Check under security info that there are 2 verified proofs on the account

    Turn on Two-step verification skipping any spots that offer this option

    Turn off Two-step verification under the security information screen

    Try logging in again on Xbox.com with the child account.
