Account Security Breached..

I was playing Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, and i got kicked to the startup screen & signed out of my account and I was notified that i was signed in on another Xbox One console, it happened at 4:35pm UK time or some time around that on 31st December and
i changed my password, is there anything else i need to do to make my account secure again? i did try doing a live chat with an Xbox support agent, but it was unavailable.

parental settings has always been there if you did not enable them that's on you

No child should.have an adult account you shkuld know this as a parwnr

I can't find anywhere to email a complaint to anyone regarding xbox one.

I have had endless issues with my child being able to buy games without permission with pathetic reasoning from xbox in the past.

I remove my billing details which I HAVE NOT AUTHORISED you retain and yet somehow they can be used again at the push of a button. You have breached my security on multiple occasions. It is still currently breached as my banking details are still valid somewhere
within your system.

My security is compromised and if I remove a payment method I expect it to be gone unless I set it up again.

You can not continue to say this is my responsibilty.

You are acting deceptively and creating long lasting issues with children who are not able to control your sneaky methods of luring them in to purchase from you online.

You are negligent!!

I will be seeking advice regarding this and I will take you to task. If not for myself then for others.

Children should not be able to purchase games above their age ratings.

You are responsible and I'm going to find the time to pursue this.

If you want to contact me then do so as I can't find anywhere where you have a complaints listing but I will have someone else do that on my behalf.

 

You can put security proofs on your account to ensure it doesnt get stolen or a secert question will help you sercure it as well.

 

I would also suggest that if you've downloaded your gamertag to any other console that you be sure to head over and remove it. Also double check to ensure that someone didn't set your tag as Home on their console.
