    I have a compromised account that I got microsoft support to escalate to the microsoft account safety team, They sent me an email asking for information to prove im the account owner and i did reply with the said information. But I keep receiving emails from a bot stating that they haven't received any emails. but every time Ido email them I get a message from the bot saying thank you for your patients your ticket is open. this is a really frustrating situation as its been 7 days since the hacker took over the account and I have no way of contacting a "human" from the account safety team". so if anyone can help or advise I will be very grateful

    your best bet is call in again and have them escalate it as an orphaned account. if the escalation is done properly, the escalation team will provide the steps.
