Account Review Robo Master 010

I am requesting a review of the permanent suspension of Robo Master 010. It was issues a tenure violation. I spoke with support and they said they would note our entire conversation and that they were sure a favorable decision would be made to help resolve
this issue. Note of the conversation are either under or Robo Master 010. Please review this if you can and get back to me on the decision. Appreciate your assistance in this matter.....

Hello,

The enforcement team is the one who issued the account a Permanent Suspension. In order to get this problem resolved you will need to post in the Enforcement Account Band forums: forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx Please post there and a XBLPET member will get
back to you. However the team may not always remove the account action. Please post what gamertag you are referring to that got Band. I am sorry for this problem.

Hi there,

I have not figured out why Support sends people to the forums for reporting issues with users. It's against forum rules to call out other players.

When it comes to reporting players for breaking the Code of Conduct, or Terms of Use, those reports have to be filled through the console.

Unfortunately the Enforcement team does not read these forums. They only read/respond to posts over here in their moderated section:

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

I wish I had more.

Not sure why it won't let me edit my earlier post. Just reread yours and realized the two accounts are yours.

Anyway, any enforcement action questions can only be answered by the Enforcement Team at the forum section link in my first post.
