    Hello,

    My account just got reset today. This is the second time this has occurred but the first time was in season one. I turned on my xbox and it said account sign in change has occurred. So, I restarted my KI and then everything was gone. Went to the character
    select screen and for some odd reason it showed me the free character of the week even though I have purchased both ultra packs. Also I was an ultra owner for season 1 and 2 and my holiday color for orchid is non existent.

    Another issue is I brought KI Gold to quickly get character colors without doing the grind and those have been reset too. Is there anyway to get my account back as it was? At the very least, is there anyway to get my colors back from my additional purchase
    of KI Gold??? If I have to grind out my rank, I don't mind but my KI Gold colors I would want back.

    Is there anyway to solve the issue???

    Halo 5 account hacked/reset

    Just finished a game of halo 5 now my rank has been set to 1 all playslist have to have 10- matches to be ranked visor is constantly blue also, loading times now for arena , campaign etc.

    Gold or silver account? because it resets to trial if your gold expires.

    You got reset due to a glitch.

    If you do not have a backup save on a USB drive or the Cloud storage, it is gone for good and you will have to restart.
