account reputation

This place appears to have changed since the last time I have been here, I can't figure out where to post. This is my second time with the same issue. Last time around my reputation was rolled back. Still not sure why you guys continue to have the reputation
system affect people's ability to play games when the majority of reports made are unfounded. I have been reported for using a mic, not using a mic, winning a game, not winning game, picking the wrong character, picking the right character, replying to a message,
not replying to a message. Either way, I can't find what I've been reported for this time around but if my messages are any indication at all then the majority of them are unfounded and now I can't play either of the games I own on this account because my
reputation is "avoid me." If somebody could help me out here, I don't have time to play 40 hours of some obscure game to fix my reputation. I've had this account for 11 years, coming up on 12 and the past two years have been out of control, it honestly feels
like you're trying to get me to buy a ps4.

An account reputation is a representation of how that account’s actions are being perceived by others of the community. Healing your reputation is not an overnight process. This account will need to spend time online and playing without accruing more negative
feedback.

Xbox is pushing "positivity," yet the reputation system only exists to send negative feedback, there is no option to give positive feedback. Are you trying to troll people? The system is constantly abused, it literally exists in a state that only let's it
be abused. There is nobody that can help me because nobody can touch reputations except other community members and they can only send negative feedback. It would appear that I literally know more about this system than anybody at your workplace, so explain
to me how I don't have a job right now. Who do I throw money at to fix this problem and if I can't do that where do I apply to get a job in the sector that lets me implement change to the reputation system?
