Account Reputation

So some kid who obviously wasn't intelligent enough to know how to stop a character I used in symmetra so they reported me or got everybody with them to report me and now I have an 'avoid me' reputation. If what I was doing couldn't be stopped then I would
not have did, clearly but now I have to deal with a bad reputation. I went on the enforcement website to check my current reputation because I have been playing with hundreds if not thousands already other xbox live players and the website would not allow
me to click the link, I have tried on my laptop and my iPhone and no luck. Then, I signed in with my previous xbox live account and it allowed me to click on the reputation link, so what's the problem with my bad rep account? The icon shows green, 'good rep,'
but it won't let me check so it would be nice if you guys could inform me on my current situation so I'm not left in the lurch. Thank you!

How did my rep go up?

An account reputation is a representation of how that account’s actions are being perceived by others of the community. Healing your reputation is not an overnight process. This account will need to spend time online and playing without accruing more negative
feedback.

The profile recon the enforcement site isn't your true rep

Only on your profile.will it show you your true rep

That's understandable but my question wasn't answered. That same profile recon is a link, correct? That shows you how many times you've been reported and all that good stuff. Well my profile doesn't allow me to see any of that which is why I believe there
is a possibly problem linked with my account because my other account let me click that same link perfectly without any issues.

Oh, and another thing, sorry haha if I'm too troublesome, but is it possible to check for me if I have a communications ban or something of that nature because I've tried four different mics and as of now all of them allow me to hear other players but won't
let me talk to them, but when I use my Kinect I can, weird huh? Or and one of the mics worked for a couple weeks when the others didn't and then it did the same can hear but can't talk thing a couple of days ago.

Rep isn't broken.

It can sometimes take the enforcement site a while to sync up.

Whatever your rep says on your console is your true rep,so it's avoid me in your case.
