Account Rep on Xbox and on site

OK, so a few weeks ago I was on Forza messing around and of course people weren't happy with that.

I did say some things to other players since they messaged me and stuff.

I got a 1 week suspension for communication and my rep went to Avoid me.

I never really had a bad rep, for 5-6 years its been "Good Player".

I understand the one week thing BUT.

On the site it says that my Rep is "good player" but on console it still says Avoid me.

if both said the same thing I wouldn't be making this post, but that's not the case.

Xbox Support is helping AT ALL.

the only thing they will say is enforcement isn't something they can talk about but this has nothing to do with that. Someone please help.

Banishment is unjust, because i reported a real cheater

do you mean a suspension or an avoid me rep

If suspension you are going to have to goto enforcement.xbox.com to see why and file a case review

If it's avoid me rep

That's completely different and not an enforcement issue

You can however read about rep on the enforcement site

If you mean your good rep on the enforcement site but bad rep on your profile

Your actual rep can only Bee seen on your profile the enforcement site doesn't update that often your rep

However I'm guessing it's no found I the be the result you think it will.be

One your true rep is only on your profile not the enforcement site.

The enforcement site is only for checking what behaviour you need to fix

I have waited a couple of days and it still reflects the same thing.

I still don't understand how 3 years of gaming can be ruined in like a month or so.

This reputation has essentially made it so I can't play a handful of games.

yes your true rep would only be on your comsole.not the enforcement site

Which is what your matchmaking is based on so I'm not sure what you are waiting for

The enforcement site won't change your rep

It's your console and profile rep that the matchmaking is looking at

The enforcement site is lagging behind on reputation

Your CURRENT reputation can only be found on your profile so anything the enforcement site says about your rep has no bearing on your rep at all

The enforcement site will update when it updates but your console reputation and profile reputation will be the most upto date

So if anything if your console rep is negative the enforcement site rep will go down when it does eventually

There is only one way to raise it improve whatever problematic behaviour is causing the bad rep and you can join the 99.9% of live without good rep

Well it's easy reputation nor enforcement isn't an support issue

Reputation is an issue with how you behave around other players and how they grade you not how you grade yourself

That being said the enforcement site isn't your live view of your reputation it's more.the type of reports you are getting and what you need to fix

Your profile is hence why the difference

Rep is nothing to do with support.

Like ngocphi said,your rep on your console is your true rep,it sometimes takes the enforcement site a while to sync up properly.

As it was clearly pointed out to you by the link to the enforcement site the rep status depends on the way you interact with others. Your rep is not an enforcement act and no one can discuss here in the forums or on the enforcement site specific accounts.

Just play coop games with a large pool of gamers and try to be more courteous online. Enjoy gaming for gaming sake!
