Account removal on a broken xbox

Hi, recent;y my Xbox One X broke to the point where it won't startup, I was hoping there would be a way to delete the profiles from via xbox.com as I physically can't get on my xbox to delete them.

2. Click the category related to your problem

3. Click "See Contact Options"

3. Click on the related problem from the selection

4. This will show you an approximate fix for your problem, alternatively, click "Show Contact Options"

5. Once clicked you may choose between "Chat with Xbox Support" and "Request a Call from Support"

Yo cannot delete the account so to speak, but if you change your password that's just as good as no one can get access to it but you.

Will the Xbox not run at all? If it will power up somewhat you may be able to perform a factory reset on it, but like it's already been said just changing your password will sort this out

What's happening when you try to add the account to the new console? You shouldn't have to remove it from the old console in order to do so.

This Microsoft account is associated with a different xbox live profile. Please try a different account. I have no idea what account they mean and there is no place I can find to call and ask.

It sounds like you're attempting to create a new account instead of logging in with the existing one. On the Xbox 360, you want to use the option that says "Download profile". From there, you log in with the email and password, and you should be
good to go.
