    I have already made all the changes and updates that were requested in my account and my credits are still blocked.

    The system still says that my account needs to be updated, but I've already made all the changes that you requested.

    Whats wrong now?

    xbox wont let me switch my credit card payment options, acc

    If there is an investigation with your xbox live account, Microsoft locks while the investigation is going on. Until they are done, it will remain locked.

    Account Hacked Customer Service No Help Anyone Help?

    depends if it was a billing suspension then billing can unlock it



    however if it is a xbox comprimised account case then it will remain locked till the investigations team finishes and they will contact you not the other way around

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated

    It does NOT help. As I stated, I've tried that 3 times already. It resets my xbox completely, but my account remains locked, whereas the kids accounts are free.
