    Account related query; no one is helping


    To whom it may concern; my Xbox Live Gamertag account is linked to [Mod Removed], a hotmail account I never created/set up, so I can't access it on the Microsoft/Xbox page because there is no real [Mod Removed] account,
    this was about 6, 7 years ago now, before I made my [Mod Removed] account. I'd like to move the gamertag over to
    [Mod Removed], and then migrate it into a South African account. My account was made before there was any SA support, so we had to sign in as British users. Xbox South Africa has been of absolutely no use in solving this issue. Whom can I contact
    to escalate this issue with?

    Hi Grow Drift, if your ban was Xbox Live account related, please post your query in
    this forum as they are able to get back to you regarding your account. If it is not Xbox Live account related, I believe you may have to contact Activision.

    Hi there,

    Support can't offer any advice on account security related issues - I asked about it a few weeks ago. :/ They re-direct to the password reset, account alias option, or the usual 'jog your memory' option..

    Please attempt to research and help someone, before passing them to Support. That shows that you made an effort. Support should only be advised with some account related/finance/specific queries where the Xbox community cannot help,
    due to data protection laws.
