Account Reinstatement

I bought a 12 month membership on Dec 6 this year and it was good up until 122616 then i received a message that stated my account membership was banned because of a game dvr upload in september of 2015. I was not aware of this until last night. I apologize
for any inconvenience. Can i get this reinstated, my money back for the membership? i would prefer to keep my membership though. Please help..

Communications reinstatement

I received a 7-Day ban on my first offense and was supposed to be reinstated this morning at 5 a.m. however the band is still in effect

You may have fixed one detail on the account, but other problems (like an unpaid balance) could remain. For this, I do suggest you go to
http://www.xbox.com, sign in at upper right with your Microsoft Account email and password, then go to http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5and
click on Request a Call from the Billing Team.
