Account Region time limit MUST BE CHANGED

I have never been so upset in my lifetime over a common misunderstanding. Today i wished to buy an xbox live subscription but i had trouble adding my credit card since i was using a Jamaican Credit Card and not a U.S one since i wont be moving back to get
one till summer,so after some googling and research i decided to change the region of the account so i could use the Card since it wouldnt let me use Jamaica. After reading through i pressed jamaica on the account migration.. then i paused and decided not
to.. but i clicked it and soon after got the email that my accounts region was changed from US to Jamaica. I thought no big deal but when i signed into my account who ive been using for 5+ years i was met with the message "Xbox liveis not available to accounts
in your region" . I immediately felt vaguely distraught and rushed to change it back... i could not... i immediately rushed to xbox support where they all as helpful and genuine as they were copy and pasted the terms into the chat we were having then said
they could not change it back or help. There was no higher authority i could go to it ended there, and as i looked at the account i had been using for so long destroying thousands of monsters , having such enjoyable moments after exams and meeting friends
was locked till MArch i was so angry. WHY 3 MONTHS , its ccrazy to think that a one second click can lead to months of disaster, i dont believe there is need forthis 3 month rule and furthermore why would you not give anyone the authority to override incase
of general mistakes like myself , i wasnt changing for dlc or games i wanted to buy something and now my account is barren and useless. There must be a change in 2015 the days of supercomputers based under a conglomerate like Microsoft it should nt take 3
months for such a simple process and furthermore you cant have this option and not give anyone the authority to change it when its such an important decision as we can make mistakes. Change the time limit a week at most would be invaluable to us or give
XBOX SUPPORT the power to change it after some thorough checks that you own the account PLEASE i currently am on day one of my 3 month waiting period and continue to be so disappointed. (OR GIVE XBOX SUPPORT TO THE CARIBBEAN) but something has to change..

You are only supposed to use it to more to actual xbox live regions this prevents people from using it to get certain content they aren't supposed to like free games in Japan and then switching to us for the US games

The tool is for actual moves and to offical regions it asks you 3x beforehand sccepting

It's more to do with governments then anything that xbox love isn't available in some regions
