    Hi, so I asked here a few days ago about my 20 000+ points not depositing and was given an answer that my Rewards account and my Microsoft account have two different regions which confuses the depositing system. Since then I dug deeper into the settings
    in my Microsoft account and set it back to UK which should be my Rewards region, however I have no idea if it's set correctly, so I was wondering if there's some way to get a confirmation that I can expect my points being deposited this month, or if there
    are more adjustments I have to make? Thanks.

    Hello VHS DEATH FORCE,

    It takes us 96 hours to receive new activity. At the current time, we see you are a Czech Microsoft Account user, which is causing deposits from your UK Rewards Account to fail. If you have switched your Microsoft Account region to the UK, this should resolve
    any currency mismatch issue you had with your deposit.

    We deposit currency based off your Rewards Account region. Since your Rewards Account region is set to Great Britain, these deposits are attempted in GBP. However, since you have been spending in multiple different currencies, the deposits have been failing
    since we cannot deposit one regional currency into a different regional currency. Your last deposit failed when we attempted to deposit GBP into a CHF (Swiss Franc) billable account. In order to ensure a proper deposit, you will have to spend in your Rewards
    Account region to ensure that the regions are matching.

    Due to your spending in multiple regional currencies, our deposit failed because at the time we attempted our deposit, your Rewards Account region was set to Italy, and your Microsoft Account was using HUF, the regional currency of Hungary. Since we cannnot
    deposit Euro into a Hungarian account, the deposit failed. In order to make sure your deposit completes successfully, you will have to keep your Microsoft Account and Rewards account regions in the same location.

    We can confirm that your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Great Britain Rewards Account region and your New Zealand Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating
    your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. If you have just recently changed your Microsoft Account region back to Great Britain, then we have not yet received that updated information. You can see the current Microsoft
    Account region for your account at the bottom of the MyRewards page. Once your Microsoft Account region is changed to the UK, it should be in alignment with your Rewards Account region, and your deposit should be able to complete successfully at that point.

    Hello Tipex,

    Your deposit is failing since you do not have a Microsoft Billable Account for your region (NLD). Since you only have a USD based Microsoft Billable Account, it is not possible for us to deposit from your Rewards Account into your Microsoft Account, since
    we cannot deposit EUR into a USD only account. You will have to create a Microsoft Billable Account for your region before we can attempt a deposit. This is mentioned in our FAQ:

    In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
    you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.
