Hi,

Last year, my minecraft account got hacked and at the same time, since it is now linked I also lost control over my microsoft account. The hacker deleted my email adress, so i have no way gaining access over it again. Last year i got hacked i tried everything i found to recover my account since i could prove that it is indeed my minecraft/microsoft account. Problem i always ended discussing with bots or dead end solution. However I found out the other day that with enough it is possible to transfer the data of my hacked account to a new one. So now i created a new one, but i wanted to now know, what do i have to get my data being transfer to my new account, like said i can easily prove that i bought this minecraft account about 10 years ago.

Thank you for your help, if you need more information feel free to ask, i would really like to get my minecraft account back it's like 1000h+ spent ot this account.

Thank good to know, so i just had chat with someone from the support team, they wrote a report and said they'll reach out to me when it is resolve, so i'll will let you know if I achieve to receive my account back or not.

Which sounds like you have done, then the only option left is to contact Xbox Support via Phone (or Chat) at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

If you have any details from any past purchased or payment options on that account then it could be helpful to have them ready/available when you contact Support. If they can't help you then I'm afraid the only option that might be left is to create a new
Xbox Live Account.

Please know that you have reached the Xbox gamer community and we don't have access to the individual account. I would suggest trying these steps and see if you can reach the Xbox customer support for them to further assist you with this issue

Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Then click on "Contact us" > Account and Profile> Then choose I need a Microsoft account> Type Account> Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.
