Account recovery impossible, no service access, subscription goes on charging without...

Hi,

I've recently created a new e-mail account just to use with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate service on pc...this email was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

I've made the purchases on the phone on microsoft xbox sales.

Then my stupid microsoft wireless keyboard was apparently low on battery and it registered something else than what i types as the password of the email.

So i could not log back into that email account ever again...then the nightmare began.

From all resources of Microsoft, (can you imagine...i said ALL), be it phone support (they said chargeback from bank is the only solution...LOL), be it online support, be it online chat with some real agent, all sources lead you to same stupid recovery
form over and over and over again which is

https://account.live.com/password/reset

This form asks you the following information

full name, ...done
birthdate, ...done

services you used your account, ...account is brand new so only outlook.com

services you bought, ... xbox live gold, game pass ultimate so far so good

used passwords in the past ... This is a brand new account no previous password

subjects of email you ve sent ... This is a 30min old, brand new account no emails has ever been sent...only received purchase confirmation

limited payment method information ... This info consist of only last 4 digits of the card, full name and expiration info on the card, so hardly can be used as a verification if your card info is stolen

Then i received over and over refusal of my reset demands....

FOR GODS SAKE, you dont ask for any detailed card info, you dont ask for any ID information, you dont require mandatory secondary verification information such as a phone number or a 2nd email account while creating the account.

HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO GET BACK THE ACCOUNT???

Worst of all, you will continue to charge my card on subscriptions with no option to cancel or refund any of the services without logging into the account itself. This is plan and simple, scam, fraud whatever you call it. I am the owner of the credit card
of that stupid account you provided and i demand you to stop charging anything anymore and refund everything you have ever charged since i dont have access to services you claim that you have sold to me. As the card owner i should be able to stop this fraud
scheme going on.
