Account Recovery Help.

Hi I am needing some help with what to do in regards to recovery my Xbox account. I have tried doing multiple recovery forms and have never received emails back confirming that my request has been acknowledged. I have had the account for over 10 years and have put thousands of hours into different games also spending lots off my own money across different games. I have provided the console ID, the card details used, previous password, location of where the account was made. The email linked to the account I have lost access too as it is an Gmail account that has been hacked and my phone number that is linked is an old number that’s not in service anymore. I feel like I’m getting no where with Microsoft recovery requests and when I’ve brought this issue up in calls and chats It is always the same responses with nothing being fixed.

Thanks for answering however i knew abot the 2fa blockade and we tried to overcome it on microsoft support. The problem was that is says that if you have 2fa turned on, that methode will won't work. That is why I wanted to first post this on the forums mabye to catch a microsoft employee's attention and if this didn't work I am thinking of trying calling directly. I appreciate you answering tho.

Edit:forgot to mention that the support methode I tried was the one you linked but got rejected just as my friend did after countless tries for 4 YEARS. After using this methode and providing creditcard info (that was required), xbox live console id, phone number, previous passwords, name and adress. Even all that was not enough.

Recovering a 2fa method is pretty much impossible without the authentication method(phone or email)

Or the backup codes given to you when 2fa is first enabled.

Unfortunately, the only way to get your account recovered is through the recovery form as this gets submitted to the recovery team who are the only folk who can reset passwords. I know you have mentioned that you have submitted the recovery form to the team but haven't heard anything back from the team. Please can you check your junk folder to make sure it hasn't landed in there.

If you still can't find the email from the team, please can you answer the following questions so I can try and help you:

Do you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account?
When have you submitted the recovery form?

Unfortunately that is the problem with the 2fa.

It is highly impossible for you to recover your account, unless you remember your password or recover back your security proof.
