Account recovery form sent, and still no reply

Hello, I sent a recovery form from this account on Sunday(9th of April) and still have had no reply. I’m confused on how to continue and resolve my ongoing issue, it clearly stated it would have a reply once the information I had applied to form had been looked into(24 hours to look into) and still no reply, and I feel as I’m being ignored. My recovery email and phone number are outdated. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Each case is reviewed by Microsoft's investigation team, so it may take a while.

not directly, I would advise the account recovery form, as the account is yours, just provide the account information in the form they sent you the option to create a new password.

Did you get a reply from the recovery form with a link to reset your account password? And did you change it but the hacker changed again, is that correct?

Or is the recovery form sending the password reset link to the hacker's email?
