Account Recovery Form issue

Hi there, so I was trying to get into my old Xbox account and forgot the password, i no longer have access to the phone number for verification, I filled out an Account recovery form on Saturday and done another one yesterday, it’s been way past 24 hours and I’ve heard nothing back. Does this mean it’s been denied? Cause shouldn’t I be notified whether the request was accepted or denied.

Hi yes I have checked my junk mail, nothing. I have done multiple forms and I have given each one 24hours and have heard nothing. I changed contact email to see if the issue was my end but that doesn’t seem to be the case

Sorry for the trouble but recovery issues it is handled by the specific team, I would highly recommend trying filling up the form again and then waiting within 24 hours.
