    Account Recovery Form has issues


    Hello I am trying to get my Minecraft account back that was hacked and the password and secondary email was changed a couple of years ago. I have tried to use the recovery form multiple times and even when I put in every single bit of information in that I believe is correct it still just says that I do not have enough information put in. It has been extremely frustrating and whenever I try to call they do not even attempt to let me speak to a real person about the issue. Is there anyone who could possibly help me out in getting my account back? And please do not just link the recovery form again because that clearly does not work I need a different solution.

    Hi yes I have checked my junk mail, nothing. I have done multiple forms and I have given each one 24hours and have heard nothing. I changed contact email to see if the issue was my end but that doesn’t seem to be the case

    Sorry for the trouble but recovery issues it is handled by the specific team, I would highly recommend trying filling up the form again and then waiting within 24 hours.

    If it’s still not there I would recommend filling out the form again.

    Please try providing as much information as possible on the form. This will allow the account team to verify that you are the owner of the account. Filling the form out on an device that has been signed into your Microsoft account will help too.
