Account recovery didn't work

So I have had an xbox live gold account for years and years. My gamer tag is dylan etbonz. Recently I kept getting messages when I would try and sign in to xbox live saying they needed to verify my account for security purposes. So I did just that. The
only problem is the email address I used to set up my xbox live account 6+ years ago no longer exists. So I proceeded to follow the steps to have a different email address associated with my account. And it seemed to work. At first. But I went to sign
in to my account on xbox.com and it says my gamer tag is . I have no idea what that name is or where it came from. I tried to sign in on my xbox 360 using my newly entered email address and password and no luck. This is ridiculous. Who is
? I am dylan etbonz. I have been giving Microsoft my money for years. What the hell is this? If I can't sign in to my xbox live account all I have is a useless piece of plastic plugged into my wall that I used to call an xbox. This site
is ridiculous to try and navigate through with a problem like this. Fix this problem. If I can't get this issue sorted soon I'm afraid I'm going to start punching people in the face that bare even the slightest resemblance to Bill Gates. Merry Christmas,

Do you mean that you attempted to change the email it sends a code/link to?

Changing the email you use for security verification and recover processes does not change your login email. Try logging in here on Xbox.com with the same email you used before all this happened, and hopefully your normal account will appear.

 

I have nearly the same problem. My old Email address is also no more exist and forgive again. But I also have the problem that my alternative Email address still also no more exist and forgive!

So I tried to use my Hotmail Mail account which is linked to my old email address. Unfortunately I can not log in there too because they say that they send me a Email to my old account... Any idea what I can do!?

I know my old bank data's, have the serial number of my xbox360, production ID, my gamer Tag and the old games So can anyone say me what I can do!?

 

Oh I forgot, this account is the account from my son. My old gamer Tag is FPz Lusankya
