    So I don’t even know if this is possible as it has been over 8 years, but I lost an account under an email which my mom used to have but no longer has. She forgot the password way back then and I haven’t been able to access it to play games on it. Since then, I’ve moved on to a different account, but I have been thinking about trying to get access to it again. I’ve already gone through the step-by-step process online for account recovery, but the small amount of information my mom and I have on it is not enough and we get rejected. I’ve also tried contacting support directly through phone calls, but I get redirected to the same thing. The account has not been used in almost a decade, but still exists on my friends list (AbsorbedHook21 is the gamertag). Is there any slight chance I can get it back? If so, how would I go about that?

    Recapping:

    I do not have access to the email anymore as that email has been deleted completely from everything except the account.

    I do not have the password.

    I do not have enough answers for account recovery for it to be accepted.

    I cannot contact support directly through phone calls.

    I recommend contacting Mojang, mate. With a specialized team they will do their best to try to help you.

    A complicated situation. I would try to put the old email in the recovery form anyway.

    Here's a code it's kinda complicated.................. Press Crtl+Alt+delete 2 times. Your computer will reboot with your code in a text document on your desktop.

    hey,

    i definitely have the same issue but mine is a little more complicated than that. my childhood Xbox account hasn't been signed in for at lease 3 years. I no longer have access to the recovery information for that account and the recovery emails.

    i wish i could actually get on the phone with a support agent to recover my account.

    also my security question is so out of date i have no way of knowing the answer of that specific question either.. also the email that is used to recover the account is my brothers and he no longer has access to that live account anymore either..
