    Recently, a hacker with the email address @rambler.ru hacked my email, attacking multiple things, and one of those was my Microsoft/Xbox. Every time I sign in, that email says it doesn't exist, yet when I look at the Xbox profile on my alt, someone is playing League of Legends on my account. I have tried to recover my account, but apparently I didn't give enough information. Is there really nothing that Microsoft can do to help?

    Will I be able to recover anything that was purchased that was in a hacked account? A minecraft purcahse for example.
    If you can recover the hacked account, then yes. Otherwise no since everything is tied to the account that originally purchased it and nothing is transferable between accounts.
