Account Recently Hack, recovered, and now suspended...

My alternate account [(gtag: Second to Numb) Newly changed to: The Only Numb] was hacked early last week. I went through the process of having it recovered, resulting in a successful recovery.

Today, December 24th, 2014, my account was suspended for "cheating" during the hacked period, which I have proof of in game of Black Ops II. I do not own any source of cheating, which clearly led to my suspension today.

I also received a threat from what HAS to be my hacker, via message thru xbox live, which I also have proof of. The threat indicates he will hack my The Only Numb account, ALONG with this alternate, . I have attempted to access the Enforcement website
with no luck, as I could not even login due to a "Signinerror" as indicated on the page.

Please help me immediately with this situation as I am EXTREMELY displease with this entire situation.

Enforcement

I did not sell gamer-tag I was recently suspended but it was the hacker who had unauthorized access on my account. I want to appeal my suspension and revert the unauthorized changes.

Account hacked and migrated

My account was just hacked and when I recovered it the hacker migrated my account to another country. Now my xbox live market place is in Spanish so I was wondering if there was a way I could change it back

If any of the messages have been sent to the account you still have access to, be sure to report them so that the Enforcement team can deal with the threatening user!

If the account in question wasn't in your control during the incident that led to the suspension, you can try opening an Unauthorized Access case by calling your local Xbox Support number. For the US, the number is (800) 469-9269. If you live outside the
US and feel comfortable telling us what country you live in, you can reply and someone will get you the local number for your country.

I got the same problem but for me they permantly suspended my account ofr my secuirty because i've been hacked but now i recover it. i made 3 forms but my account is still Locked :/

That's usually what Microsoft usually does when you fill out the account recovery form, but when they can't recover the account they suspend your account so the person who hacked it can't use it.

Hi, as you're not able to access to the account the only way to get a refund right now is disputing the charge with your bank.
