I'm sorry you went through this unpleasant situation, what you can do to prevent this from happening again is to change your password and enable two-step verification (MFA) but I think you already mentioned that you did so if you did, don't worry. Worry that nothing like this will happen again.

Regarding making sure that there is nothing on your PC, personally if you did not download anything strange on your PC then there is nothing to worry about anyway always check the links where you are going to log in that they are always official sites.

Basically, according to my knowledge, hackers copy and falsify official sites to steal accounts, everything may seem to be correct, but it is, so what I can suggest is that you do not enter any link through Discord or another platform since it is not very reliable.
