Account purchase limit reached

Check via settings for account details and ensure all set correctly. It would only come up with that if a limit somewhere was set.

If you can't find it then try customer support

It's not a child account. It isn't brand new and yes I added a payment method.

There are several factors involved in the limits, if this is a child account this could be parental limits. Other than that is this a brand new account, And have you added a payment method to the account?

"accounts have spending limits. Like not over 500.or 1000 dollars per day or week this has nothing to do with child account or not it's to do with preventing accidental purchases and fraud."
