I bought some Fortnite packs with some money on my Microsoft pc. I then connected my Xbox and when Fortnite was pulled up my purchases weren't there. What do I do?

I would recommend opening a support ticket with Epic to see if it can be transferred into a Console pack. As the previous user mentioned, we are just helping on the Forums, we are not employed by Microsoft.

Please explain your issue in detail to them! The more details you give on this issue, the more likely you will get a transfer. However, due to it being such a long time, I wouldn't hold my breath. The VBucks is definitely still on the account, just not on
your platform.

Ive contacted them, they said because it was bought on Microsoft should come to you guys. This just keeps going back and forth between Microsoft and Fortnite. No one has come with a solution.

Hi there,

This currency cannot be used across platforms, it needs to be purchased on the platform you would like to use it on and then used on that same platform.

I bought it from the Microsoft store and i talked to the Xbox support contact they advised I get a refund. I requested a refund and it was denied because it was purchased in 2019. But it wasn't used as it didn't even work so my money has been wasted
