Account Problems...

Hello,

I bought a Xbox One a few months ago. then i had to create an account to play etc..

But when i had to make the account i allready had some problems making it. i couldnt use my own emails adress which is ...@hotmail.com. Instead of this i had to use @outlook.com...

But after some tries i thougt i fixed it. i had my own emailadress filled in which included the @hotmail.com, but now after a while i had te relog for some reason and i cant get on my account anymore, it says i created it with outlook.com... but that account
isnt used for 10 years... so i dont know the password anymore and cant get it back after some tries at your helpdesk. so now i lost my freshly new Xbox One account which includes BO3 season pass.. so...

Is there an option to get back online on this account?

Question about sharing Destiny on two different 360s

I plan on buying Destiny and my friend is gonna download it from me. Apparently, if you wanna play Destiny on another console on your account, you have to be signed on at all times on the account that purchased it, where as if you wanna play it on the console that you purchased Destiny on, you can sign on any accounts no problem to play it.

Now this is just what I heard, but I'm confused because my friend managed to download other games from me that I had purchased and play it without any problems. She had to sign onto my account to download it, but once she was finished, she could hop back onto her account and play it with no problems.

Your account will work seemlessly between the two. No problems.

 

Try logging into a Microsoft site with the email address you don't know the password for. Go through the "I forgot my password" etc screens and select you don't have access to the backup account (I can't remember the exact wording)

It will ask you to fill out a form to regain the account, which will include asking for loads of details to prove that you are the owner, and hopefully they will give you access back to the account (can take a day or two)

It would be better if you created a new thread in regards to your problem so the community can better help you. Each thread created is for each individual that is wanting help. This meaning that everyone who replies to the Original Poster is trying to help
them. Having multiple people posting for help for different things gets confusing for everyone else who is subscribed to the thread.
