    I'll trying to add my Gmail as a alias, for my old Xbox account. When I try, it won't let me. I don't remember ever adding my Gmail to an Xbox before, so I'm confused as to why it won't let me.

    If you redeemed the codes for the Microsoft currency on a different Microsoft account than the one that is linked to this gamertag, there is no way to transfer those funds or link up the accounts at this time. You can see how our prepaid codes work on our

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.
