Account perminate suspension

my xbox live account live account recieved a 2week suspension then a day later it recieved a permanent ban im just gonna tell the truth and nothing but the truth on what happened from saturday to sunday.And i know why it recieved a 2week suspension because
of false language towards other xbox live users but this is my side of the story of the 2day period of my account receiving a 2week suspension to receiving a permanent ban i was playing overeatch a blizzard entertainment game and i got into some interactions
with other xbox users such as TlvloN3y60 and my words to him were that we didnt need a certain character in the game and i told him that him and his friends were selling us the game and i said that we needed a healer and his words were **** off i said kys
(not meaning kill yourself but meanig ok your stubborn) and i said i was just gonna block him and he kept harassing me calling me a coward and he called me a coward twice and spammed me with party invites so i just invited him and i was in a party with a bunch
of friends and his words were can you stop throwing the game and saying i **** bad at the game. He invited all his friends that were in the game at the time to the party and they were cussing me out asking me why i was throwing the game i said stuff back to
them and at a certain point i was just like good for you and yelled at him and kicked his friends and blocked all of the besides one of his friends MatthewPwnz who later sent me a message saying i was bad. This is the same case but different person i dont
remember the gamertag but im pretty sure the enforcement team can look into my account and she who it was but my words to the person was you never have rez and im pretty sure thats not breaking and codes and his words to me were you never protect you ****
face i got gold healing with 6k healing now **** does that say about the **** **** healer the first round? **** off ****. I never said he was a bad healer he said i was a bad healer when he said ( what the **** does that say about the **** as healer the first
round) he was saying i was a bad healer because i was the one playing healer at the beginninbeginning.

This is the same case just a different person and his words were you are the worst tank in the game and dont tell us to do something when you cant do your job and all i asked him to do was heal me and after he sent me this message told him learn how to send
messages because i couldnt understand what he sent me.

I sent another xbox user a message saying switch are you ed and ed means elo dropping which means ranking droping and she sent me a message with question marks and told him dont ever use the charecter pharah becaus they had a main counter of her on the other
team and i never said he/she was bad they just sent me a message saying kill yourself.

I know that i have had trouble with the history if the code of conduct and enforcement team but please im just asking for one last and final chance thats all im asking for i promise i will change my act all im asking for is not a permanent suspension ill
take i months or anything you guys give me beside a permanent ban please from the bottom of my heart im sorry not just to the enforcement team but the xbox community. Everything in hear is what really happened

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

But if you've already made an appeal and the decision was upheld then I'm very sorry but that will be the end of it and there is nothing anyone in here can do.
