    Account permanently suspended for no reason


    Hello, I am currently dealing with a very big problem. On Jan 17 of this year my account was permanently suspended for inappropriate conduct or content. But the thing is I don't use voice chat in public matches, only with close friends that I know didn't report me. When I go to the site it tells me to (enforcement.xbox.com) it says that my record is perfect and that I'm not banned. When I go to the "Learn why my account is banned or suspended" it says that I have no record of enforcement. I've had this account for a VERY long time and have spent hundreds of dollars on it. If I go on the enforcement site I'm not even able to submit a case because it says I'm good. I know you can't do anything specifically but if you could give some advice or tell me what I need to do that would be very helpful.

    My account was permanently suspended for not reason ive only got suspended 3 times the third one being the permanent I don't know what I did I feel like I was falsely reported

    There are a lot of behavior reasons an account could be banned, but avatar skin colors achievable only through profile modding are one reason an account would be permanently suspended.

    There is an issue with suspension notifications telling everyone they have been permanently banned when they're not. So it most likely isn't a permanent suspension. Unfortunately, there is also an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment. Until that's fixed, there's no way to find out information about the suspension or submit a review.

    Unfortunately the enforcement site is the only place to get enforcement help and submitting a case review would be the only way to contact the enforcement team.
